Which methods of payment can I use?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Afterpay, and Paypal. We do not accept checks or money orders at this time.
Why does the checkout take me to checkout.shopify.com?
2020AVE is powered by Shopify as our selling platform. During checkout, you'll be redirected to Shopify's secure system to complete your purchase. All transactions are protected using a SSL certificate (https://) for added security. We take customer information seriously and want to ensure you have a secure checkout experience, which Shopify allows us to have.
What can I do if I want to change an order that was already made?
If you placed an order and would like to make any changes, you can call e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your order has not been shipped out of our warehouse yet, we can do our very best to make that change for you. However, if your order has been shipped already, we cannot make any changes immediately.
Why do you charge a sales tax for California residents?
We charge a sales tax to California residents because our office and warehouse is physically located in California.
Once I make a purchase, when do you ship the order?
We typically send out orders within 2 business days of your purchase date. You will receive an e-mail notification as soon as your order has been shipped out of our warehouse.
May I place an order over the phone?
I'm sorry we do not accept phone orders at this time. However, you can email us at email@example.com if you have any questions or concerns.
What happens if an item is out of stock but I'd like to purchase it?
If an item is out of stock in your size and you would like to purchase the item, please click the link that states "Sold out in your size?". A pop up window will appear for you to enter your email address to our waiting list. We cannot make any guarantees, but we will do our best to re-stock this item for you.
